Luke began his journey with West Coast MEP as a valued member of the on-site team, gaining practical experience and a strong understanding of project delivery. Demonstrating ambition and adaptability, he soon transitioned into the office environment, where he began supporting the tendering department.
Since then, Luke has progressed into the role of Quantity Surveyor, taking responsibility for overseeing the tendering process. He ensures that all incoming enquiries are carefully reviewed and managed, with a proactive approach to identifying how the company can best support potential clients. His attention to detail and organisational skills play a key role in securing new opportunities and maintaining a consistent pipeline of work.
Luke’s professional manner makes him an excellent representative of the company when engaging with new clients. Combined with his strong IT skills, he brings a modern, efficient approach to tendering and project preparation.
Reliable, approachable, and continuously developing, Luke is an important part of the team—both in the office and in building relationships externally. And while his focus is firmly on delivering results at work, he’s also known to hold his own on the golf course.
