Rowland brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in procurement across the M&E sector. His career spans both sides of the supply chain, having worked as a Procurement Manager for leading M&E companies as well as gaining valuable commercial experience within the wholesale sector as a Branch Manager for Wolseley.
This unique dual perspective gives Rowland a significant advantage in his role. His in-depth understanding of both contractor requirements and supplier operations enables him to negotiate effectively, secure competitive pricing, and build strong relationships with key buying teams. He consistently ensures that materials are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with project demands.
