We installed a new heating plant room at Chantry, replacing the existing system with a modern, high-efficiency setup. The installation comprised four wall-hung gas condensing boilers arranged in a cascade configuration, together with their associated primary pumps, a packaged pressurisation unit, and a range of supporting plant including headers, valves, and ancillary pipework.

All electrical work was completed in-house by our own team, ensuring the installation was fully integrated and delivered to a consistent standard throughout. The BMS control panel was supplied and installed by one of our trusted partners, providing full monitoring and control of the boiler cascade, pumps, and system pressures.

The result is a compact, well-organised plant room that delivers reliable, efficient heating with straightforward access for ongoing maintenance and servicing.
