We successfully delivered the full mechanical and electrical installation for the conversion of a historic bank building into 161 high-spec apartments, overcoming the challenges of working within a constrained existing structure. The project included bespoke plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, fire alarm and electrical systems tailored to modern living, all installed with precision and efficiency. The development is publicly accessible and features well-designed communal areas for tenants, including shared lounges and landscaped spaces, enhancing both comfort and community.
