We carried out a full mechanical and electrical installation as part of the conversion of an old building into 125 modern apartments, specifically designed to suit student accommodation. The project involved upgrading the existing infrastructure to support efficient heating, ventilation, and electrical systems, including smart metering, energy-saving lighting, and high-performance water and waste services. Working within the constraints of the original structure required careful coordination of all services to ensure compliance with current building standards while delivering a comfortable, functional, and safe living environment tailored to student needs.
