We completed the installation of a new plant room at William Austin School within a tight six-week window during the summer holidays. This accelerated timeline presented several constraints, including limited access to the site, strict deadlines to ensure systems were operational before the new term, and coordination with other trades working simultaneously. Despite these challenges, we delivered a fully functional plant room housing heating and ventilation systems, ensuring seamless integration with the new build and existing infrastructure, all while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
