Project Overview: Olympic Way, Wembley – Plumbing Installation

This project involved the full plumbing installation for a residential development comprising 346 apartments located just outside Wembley Stadium.

Challenges & Logistics:

Working adjacent to one of the UK’s busiest and most iconic venues presented unique logistical challenges. The proximity to Wembley Stadium meant:

• Restricted access during event days, requiring careful scheduling and coordination to avoid disruptions.

• High pedestrian and vehicle traffic, necessitating enhanced safety measures and delivery planning.

• Limited space for material storage and movement, which demanded just-in-time delivery strategies and close collaboration with site management.

Despite these constraints, the project was delivered efficiently through meticulous planning, phased execution, and strong communication across all teams.
