We delivered a complete mechanical installation, including a fully equipped plant room, as part of the conversion of an existing building into 68 high-quality apartments in Brentwood, purpose-built for student accommodation. The project involved upgrading the building’s infrastructure to support efficient heating, ventilation, and electrical systems, such as smart metering, low-energy lighting, and reliable water and waste services. Working within the constraints of the original structure required detailed coordination of all services to ensure full compliance with current regulations, while creating a safe, comfortable, and functional living environment tailored to student needs.
