We completed the full mechanical and electrical installation for a new-build development of 16 apartments on Rowe Lane, a narrow and restricted-access site that presented significant logistical challenges. Due to the lane’s limited width, direct deliveries to site were not possible, requiring a carefully coordinated off-site delivery and material handling strategy. Despite these constraints, all services—including plumbing, ventilation, heating, and electrical systems—were installed to a high standard, ensuring full compliance and delivering a modern, efficient living environment.
