We successfully delivered the full mechanical and electrical installation for a new-build development of 52 apartments located near Heathrow, primarily designed for student accommodation. The project included the installation of energy-efficient heating and ventilation systems, modern electrical infrastructure, and smart metering to support sustainable living. Given the proximity to Heathrow, acoustic considerations and air quality systems were carefully integrated. All services were installed to a high standard, ensuring compliance with building regulations and providing a comfortable, functional environment tailored to the needs of student residents.
