We completed a full mechanical and electrical installation as part of the conversion of an existing building into 86 high-quality apartments in Purley, specifically designed for student accommodation. The project involved modernising the building’s infrastructure to support efficient heating, ventilation, and electrical systems, including smart metering, low-energy lighting, and robust water and waste services. Working within the limitations of the original structure required precise coordination of all services to ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a safe, comfortable, and functional living environment tailored to student needs.
