We delivered a complete mechanical and electrical installation for a high-end open-plan office space in Richmond, designed with exposed services to complement its modern industrial aesthetic. The project included the integration of HVAC equipment, lighting, power, and data systems, all carefully coordinated within a minimal ceiling void.
