Oxford House is a historic building with a rich cinematic legacy, originally established in the 1930s as a film processing studio supporting wartime production. By the 1960s, it had evolved into a hub for movie production, contributing to the creative industries during a transformative era of film.

The recent redevelopment has seen Oxford House carefully reimagined into high-end office spaces for hire. This transformation presented a complex challenge, requiring the integration of modern, premium finishes within the constraints of the existing structure. Respecting the building’s heritage while achieving a contemporary standard demanded thoughtful design coordination and precise execution.

The result is a refined and characterful workspace that celebrates its history while meeting the expectations of modern occupiers—ultimately delivering a project we are proud to have brought to completion.
