We carried out a full mechanical and electrical installation to convert an existing building into a fully functioning, high-end office block. Due to the minimal ceiling voids throughout the structure, all services—including HVAC, lighting, power, and data—had to be meticulously coordinated to ensure full compliance with building regulations while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
