We carried out the mechanical and electrical installation at Wigmore Hall in Luton, converting an unused building into a halfway house for challenged foster children. Given the sensitive nature of the facility, extra care was taken in selecting fixtures that would support both safety and comfort. Radiators were chosen with low surface temperatures and anti-ligature designs to reduce risk, while lighting was specified to create a calming environment, using soft, diffused fittings that avoided harsh glare. Our approach ensured the space was both functional and nurturing, tailored to the needs of its future residents.
